30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Some health and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
